1 Délice de la Loire cheese
1 half baguette
Dried thyme
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. honey
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the cheese from its packaging and place it in a ramekin.
- Cut the half-baguette into slices.
- Put the cheese and the bread slices on a rack in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the honey over the cheese, before sprinkling with the thyme and pomegranate seeds. Rub the toasted bread with the peeled garlic clove.
- Enjoy the baked Délice de la Loire by dipping your slices of garlic toast in the cheese.
