Ingredients

1 Délice de la Loire cheese
1 half baguette
Dried thyme
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. honey
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Remove the cheese from its packaging and place it in a ramekin.

Cut the half-baguette into slices.

Put the cheese and the bread slices on a rack in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and drizzle the honey over the cheese, before sprinkling with the thyme and pomegranate seeds. Rub the toasted bread with the peeled garlic clove.

Enjoy the baked Délice de la Loire by dipping your slices of garlic toast in the cheese.
