20g Grand Fermage butter with sea salt crystals

6 radishes

2 eggs

80g soft goat’s cheese

200ml single cream

2 slices of bread

4 chives

Salt and pepper

Add 40g of goat’s cheese and 100ml of cream to a microwave-safe ramekin.

Crack an egg into the ramekin, season with salt and pepper, and microwave for 3 minutes.

Repeat for the second baked egg.

Once cooked, sprinkle with chopped chives and thin slices of radish.

Make the soldiers by spreading the bread with sea-salted butter and topping with a few slices of radish. Dig in!
