Speciality cheese melted with mozzarella (65%): mozzarella (48.8%), water, starch, gelling agent: sodium alginate, salt alginate, salt.
Coating (35%): Provençal breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, sunflower oil, salt, garlic (0.5%), onion (0.5%), tomato powder (0.5%), paprika (0.17%), black pepper, basil (0.17%)), sunflower oil, water, wheat flour, potato starch, wheat starch, wheat gluten, salt, yeast.

Grand Fermage mozzarella breadcrumbs are made in the Drôme from French milk. The stringy mozzarella is combined with a Provençal-style breading, which gives a unique flavour in the mouth.
Breaded mozzarella is cooked with a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan for 2 minutes on high heat, turning regularly, then on low heat for 3 minutes
They can be eaten as an aperitif but also as a side dish in the middle of a meal or in a salad.
