Ingredients

50g unsalted organic moulded butter

500ml milk

2 eggs
-
250g sugar
-
100g flour
-
2 egg yolks
-
1/2 vanilla pod
-
Pinch of salt
-
2 tbsp. rum
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation

Bring the milk to a simmer with the vanilla and butter.

While the milk is heating, mix the flour and sugar then stir in the eggs in one go.

Pour the hot milk into the mixture.

Mix gently to obtain a smooth batter.

Leave to cool, then add the rum. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 270°C.

Pour the chilled batter into greased moulds, leaving each one only 3/4 full.

Bake for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C and continue baking for 1 hour.
