Ingredients

4 Grand Fermage breaded camembert bites

100g grated carrot

100g grated white cabbage

2 tablespoons mayo
-
2 tablespoons unflavoured yoghurt

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp wine vinegar
-
Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Preparation

Peel and grate the carrots and the white cabbage (taking care to remove the outer leaves first).

To a salad bowl add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and 1/2 tsp. of mustard to season. Add the vinegar and stir. Then add the mayonnaise and yoghurt, and stir to combine.

Cook the breaded camembert bites in a frying pan or in the oven (at 200°C) for 8 minutes, turning regularly

Add the breaded camembert bites to the grated vegetables, then pour over the dressing. Serve immediately if you like your veg crunchy; if you want them to soften a little, allow the coleslaw to chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
