- 150g Grand Fermage sea-salted butter
- 1 small bunch parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- Pinch of pepper

- Mix together the butter, lemon juice, peeled garlic clove, rinsed parsley and the pinch of pepper.
- Shape into a roll and wrap tightly with cling film.
