Ingredients

400g peas

300g broad beans

75cl vegetable stock
-
100g 30% fat Grand Fermage Crème Fraîche

1 onion
-
1/2 bunch chives
-
2 sprigs of parsley
-
Hazelnut oil
-
Salt and pepper
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation

Finely chop the onion and brown in a pan with a knob of butter. Set aside.

Bring the vegetable stock to a boil and add the peas and broad beans.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Combine with the onions, the 30% fat Grand Fermage Crème Fraîche, the herbs, a dash of hazelnut oil, and seasoning.

Serve hot or cold!
