Ingredients

6 egg yolks + 1 extra for brushing

250g sugar

360g flour
-
250g salted Grand Fermage organic Brittany butter

1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Preheat you oven to 170°C.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until they have turned pale.

Add in the flour, yeast and softened butter. Mix well.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan. Smooth out the surface using a spatula, then brush with the beaten egg yolk. If desired, use a fork to draw some decorative lines on the surface.

Bake for 30 minutes.
