Ingredients

125g unsalted Grand Fermage organic butter
100g sugar
1 egg
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
150g flour
100g ground hazelnuts
60g whole hazelnuts

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the butter and the sugar into a batter.

Add the egg, vanilla sugar, and ground hazelnuts. Then add the flour and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add small blobs to a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Add a hazelnut to the top of each blob.

Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at medium heat/180°C/Thermostat 6.
