16 cherry tomatoes
10 pitted black olives
10 pitted green olives
4 slices dry-cured ham
8 dried apricots
8 skewers

Preparation

Brown the breaded camembert pieces in a frying pan for 8 minutes.

Cut the ham slices in two.

Along a skewer, arrange the black and green olives, apricots, cherry tomatoes, folded ham slices and the breaded Camembert pieces.

Repeat for the remaining skewers and dig in!
