Ingredients

180g salted Grand Fermage butter
4 egg yolks
3 whole eggs
100g sugar
100 g flour
225g dark dessert chocolate

Preparation

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.

Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks and the whole eggs together.

Mix in the sugar.

Add the flour and mix well to avoid any lumps.

Now pour all the chocolate and butter mixture into the eggs and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Grease anti-stick individual dishes with butter and pour the mixture, filling the dishes ¾ full.

Cook them for 5 minutes, remove them from the oven, then from their dishes.
