Ingredients

8 Grand Fermage provencale breaded mozzarella bites

150g mixed salad leaves (lamb’s lettuce, iceberg, mesclun, etc.)

1 cucumber

10 cherry tomatoes

30g pine nuts
-
dash of olive oil
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation

Cook the breaded mozzarella bites in a pan for 5 minutes.

Peel the cucumber and slice into rounds, then cut the cherry tomatoes in two.

Arrange the salad leaves on a large plate, then top with the breaded mozzarella bites, the cucumber and the cherry tomatoes.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and drizzle with olive oil.
