You will of course have noticed that the difference between unsalted butter and salted butter is the salt content.
Unsalted butter contains little salt, while salted butter contains between 0.5 and 2%.
The milk of all our Grand Fermage salted butters has been collected from our breeders throughout France.
The milk of the Grand Fermage salted butters is 100% French.
Butter production consists of 5 main stages: skimming, pasteurising, maturation, churning and blending.
