Ingredients

80g Grand Fermage hand-churned unsalted butter

200g flour
-
150g feta
-
100g chorizo
-
1 packet baking powder
-
3 eggs
-
100ml milk
-
2 tablespoons turmeric
-
1 teaspoons flax seeds
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and turmeric.

Add in the eggs, then gradually add in the melted butter and milk.

Add in the cubed feta and diced chorizo. Mix.

Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Sprinkle with flax seeds

Bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes at 180°.
