Ingredients

100 g unsalted Moulée de Vendée Grand Fermage butter
100 g flour
100g sugar
3 overripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 sachet of baking powder
Chocolate chips
½ glass water

Preparation
- Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the butter and set aside.
- In another bowl, mash the overripe bananas and then pour in the milk, eggs and melted butter. Mix together.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and sugar mixture and the chocolate chips to the banana mixture.
- Mix well again until you have a smooth mixture.
- Pour the dough into a loaf tin.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes (check to see whether it is cooked through using the blade of a knife).
- Once you’ve taken it out of the oven, let the banana bread stand fro 5 minutes before turning it out of the tin.
