Ingredients
- 8 Grand Fermage breaded camembert bites
- 4 flour tortillas
- 80g 30% fat Grand Fermage Crème Fraiche
- 8 salad leaves
- 8 pink radishes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 large carrot
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 bunch chives or parsley
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop the pink radishes and cherry tomatoes and grate the carrot.
- Chop up the bunch of herbs and add to the 30% fat Grand Fermage Crème Fraîche with the lemon juice. Season and spread into the wraps.
- Cook the Grand Fermage breaded camembert bites in a frying pan for 8 minutes.
- Place the salad leaves on top of the cream in the centre of the tortilla, the Grand Fermage breaded camembert bites (2 per tortilla), together with the cherry tomatoes, pink raishes, and grated carrot.
- Fold the bottom edge over the filling and then roll.
- If necessary, use a cocktail stick to hold the wrap together. Serve with a green salad.
