White chocolate and cranberry muffins

Ingredients

  1. 200g unsalted Grand Fermage organic Brittany butter (melted)

  2. 300g flour

  3. 200g dried cranberries

  4. 175g caster sugar

  5. 150g white chocolate chips

  6. 15cl milk

  7. 4 large eggs

  8. 1 packet baking powder

  9. Pinch of salt

And don't forget to grade the recipe:

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and milk.

  3. Combine the two mixtures together and whisk until smooth.

  4. Gently fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips with a spatula.

  5. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from the moulds.
