Ingredients

40g unsalted butter Grand Fermage

200g winter squash/onion squash

100g granulated sugar

2 eggs
-
130g wheat flour
-
1 packet baking powder
-
25g hazelnut oil
-
50g chopped hazelnuts
And don't forget to grade the recipe:
Preparation

Wash the squash and cut into cubes.

To the bowl of a stand mixer add the cubed squash, sugar and eggs. Mix gently.

Add in the flour, baking powder, melted butter, oil and chopped nuts.

Mix until you have obtained a smooth batter.

Pour into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
